Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract basis.

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  2. Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  4. Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates.
  5. Manage the offer process and candidate communication.
  6. Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (consulting or manufacturing preferred).
  2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.
  4. Must reside on the mainland, Lagos.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly
