Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Develop excellent recruitment strategy and policy for the organization
  2. Attract and recruit the right candidates into our organization
  3. Ultimately, aid the organization in reaching its strategic goals through workforce
  4. Research the best job advertising techniques and update recruiting procedures
  5. Define job description and document specifications
  6. Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand
  7. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  8. Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Human Resource Management or any related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruitment, including HR generalist experience.
  3. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in talent management
  4. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  5. Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
  6. Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills
  8. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
