Job Position: Recruitment Manager (Nigeria)

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a Recruitment Manager, to support all international student recruitment activities in Nigeria.
  2. The role reports to the Senior Recruitment Manager (West Africa), and as Recruitment Manager you will assist in developing and implementing strategies to recruit international students throughout the region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve annual targets set with the support of line manager during Enrolment Budget process
  2. Implement an annual marketing plan that filters into greater regional structure to achieve set recruitment targets for Nigeria
  3. Contribute to an annual business plan and deliver on stated objectives
  4. Support effective launch of new products
  5. Provide regional insight into student enrolment reports
  6. Manage and grow business relationships with agencies and other suppliers of students within recruitment territory
  7. Assist Senior Recruitment Manager (West Africa) in identifying, maintaining and developing relationships with key sponsorship bodies including embassies, government agencies and private sector sponsors
  8. Promote INTO centres at feeder institutions, exhibitions, seminars and events
  9. Provide direct programme counselling to prospective students
  10. Coordination and attendance at agent familiarisation trips
  11. Management of marketing collateral in the region
  12. Closely liaises with the INTO Admissions team to encourage an efficient, customer-centric approach to the student application process

Job Requirements

  1. You should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, along with experience in International Education sales and student recruitment and ability to plan complex recruitment activity schedules and budgets.
  2. You should be familiar with the UK, US, and Australian education systems.
