Eko Maintenance Limited is a company specialising in maintenance services for the construction and real estate industries, with a focus on infrastructure and intelligent buildings.

Job Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meet the hiring manager for job openings at their site
  2. Post job roles on the job board
  3. Source for qualified candidates
  4. Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
  5. Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow up with the hiring manager
  6. Create a recruitment report rn- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlisted. Send offer letters out after final approval
  7. Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
  8. Open a new file for a new employee
  9. Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes, and checklists are signed and approved

Job Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of working experience as a recruiter
  2. Proficient in the use of computers
  3. Great attention to detail
  4. Experience in Technical recruitment
  5. Proximity to work is an added advantage.

Salary Package
N120,000- N150,000 with HMO and Pension
