Job Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- In charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company, both Local & expatriate
- Liaise with site managers/supervisors to determine staffing requirements
- In charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
- Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
- Conducts interviews alongside all line managers
- Contact all successful candidates for employment
- Handles the onboarding process, induction and orientation for new employees
- In charge of providing all new employees with all the items they require to perform their duties
- Any other related job.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Recruitment (Technical) or Talent Acquisition
- Ability to make informed decisions about candidates’ suitability and hiring recommendations.
- Proficient with the use of Recruitment tools.
