Job Description
- As a Recruitment Specialist at Gtext Holdings, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce requirements.
- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.
- Your expertise in recruitment processes, candidate management, and employer branding will directly contribute to building a high-performing and diverse workforce.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Manage job postings and advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing guidance during the interview process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide recommendations on hiring decisions based on candidate evaluations and qualifications.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment tools in line with the company’s hiring goals.
Onboarding and Reporting:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into their roles.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze data to track recruitment progress, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and other KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, internal policies, and best practices related to recruitment.
Employer Branding:
- Represent Gtext Holdings at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote content that strengthens the company’s employer brand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive, results-driven, and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with social media recruiting and talent sourcing tools.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
