Job Summary
- The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining talented employees.
- The job holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning, to ensure the organization has a strong pipeline of talent to support its growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and extending job offers.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a pipeline of talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
- Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and provides a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
