Job Position: Regional Business Manager

Job Location: Asaba, Delta

Job Responsibilities

  1. Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
  2. Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities promotion and growth
  3. Mobilise deposits through the sales of wide range ofProduct Offerings such as Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Fund, Money Market Fund,Nominated Funds and OtherInvestment products.
  4. Advises clients on the best investment opportunities and strategies for their lifestyle.
  5. Delivers presentations on client portfolios and recent market trends.
  6. Working with the management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  7. Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
  8. Training and mentoring to other members of the team.
  9. Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors.
  10. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  11. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  12. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  13. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  14. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  15. Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in any of the disciplines such as (Economics / Marketing / Banking & Finance / Business Administration). A post graduate degree will be an added an advantage.
  2. A minimum of 10 years banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
  3. Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses.
  4. Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI.
  5. Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations.
  7. Ability to multi task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds.
  8. Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues.
