Job Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Ondo

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and implementing sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies across the assigned region.

The role requires regular field visits to customers to meet agreed volume targets, and ongoing engagement with internal sales staff to communicate sales goals, expectations, and market intelligence, including competition and customer trends.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  4. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a sales managerial role
  2. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 per month.
