Job Position: Regional Sales Manager (Modern Trade)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Onboarding massive distribution networks across the West region for Lontor Modern Trade sales business;
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate key accounts
  3. Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets;
  4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  5. Oversee, develop new business in the B2B Sector of Lontor Hi Tech
  6. Negotiate and close agreements with large commercial organization
  7. Monitor and analyze performance, suggest on team improvement
  8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts based on business plans
  9. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
  10. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
  11. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board;
  12. Develop Strategic plans for company growth and improvement of sales with the aim of maximizing profits and cost minimization (developing and implementing effective sales strategies);
  13. Developing and managing new areas for the business;
  14. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs across B2B business
  15. Carry-out team management and other duties as assigned by management Lontor
  16. Other responsibilities assigned by the business.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a First Degree with relevant work experience.
