Pecan Bank – Since 2016, Pecan has operated with the sole purpose of bringing access to quality financial products to unbanked individuals, particularly, women and their small businesses in Nigeria.During this period, we introduced hundreds of young and middle-aged unbanked Nigerians to the banking ecosystem, helping them to open and run their first-ever bank accounts.

Job Position: Relationship Manager (Eco-System Sales)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. A focused, dedicated and ambitious Relationship Manager is required to drive and managethe Eco-System product sales of the bank. Kindly note that this is an experienced role.
  2. The successful candidate will be working with a target.
  3. Candidates not comfortable with working with targets are not encouraged to apply. This is an ambitious role in a fast paced work environement.

Job Requirements

  1. If you do not have a minimum of 3 years business banking and / or financial experience, please DO NOT apply as your application will not be treated.
  2. The ideal candidate has a network of MSMEs and Corporates s/he can leverage on to get the job done.
  3. Commendable relationship management and people skills is required.
