Job Position: Relationship Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • The position will focus on coordinating efforts with regard to maintaining good relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders in an effort to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • This position will also be the primary developer of comprehensive digital and promotional plans and content, collaborating with internal marketing as well as any outside partners and third-party agencies.
  • The manager will be responsible for creative and compelling incentives, offers and messaging, etc., targeted to consumers through existing and new digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that the office ambiance is maintained to receive clients.
  2. Drive strategic partnerships; from conceptualization to engaging partners especially informally.
  3. Receive clients in a polite and friendly manner at all times in order to support the achievement of the highest standards of customer service within the organization.
  4. Manage the company’s online image and identity.
  5. Manage the company’s social media platforms and ensure regular content and engagement
  6. Prepare regular content and manage the company’s website blog sessions.
  7. As the front desk officer, responding to email and phone inquiries.
  8. Ascertain customers’ wants or needs and recommend, select and offer help in order to meet their needs and desires.
  9. Manage client relationships in accordance with the organization’s policies.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Management or relevant experience in this field.
  • Must be living on the Island.
  • A certification in finance or management is a plus.
