Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking to hire an experienced and talented Relationship Manager with good interpersonal skills and English language Proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with clients to promote and engage Rich-Hood Homes and Properties products.
  2. Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
  3. Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
  4. Strategic Thinking.
  5. Analytical Skill.
  6. Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
  7. Achieve the established performance target within the specific time frame.
  8. Communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  1.  A candidate should possess an HND/B.SC in any Discipline.
  2.   Minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales & services.
  3. OND with 2years’ work experience and above may be considered.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Friendly, approachable, intelligent and pleasant personality.
  7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in reporting.

Remuneration:

  1.  Allowance ranges from N600,000 to N1million p/a.
  2. 10% to 30% Commission on each transactionMonthly Bonus and Incentives.
  3. Overriding Commission.
  4. Access to Local and International Training.
