SHALOM Microfinance Bank, established in 2016 is an indigenous financial institution set up to provide financial services to Individuals, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) category. We have a team of seasoned professionals with 10-15 years experience in Banking, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Risk Management relevant to our Business environment.

Job Position: Relationship manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing of customers to access the bank’s products and services
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  3. Identifying target markets and sales tactics to close sales swiftly
  4. Booking of loans and ensuring repayment

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc. / HND in any discipline
  2. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketer in a Microfinance/Financial Institution
  3. Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis
  4. The candidate’s proximity to Lekki and environ is a preferred option.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
