Job Position: Relationship Manager (Commercial, Private, SME and Corporate Banking)

Job Description

  • Drive product sales, grow account volume/value, and build strong client relationships to achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor, addressing client needs and resolving complaints.
  • Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with business units to sell, cross-sell, and upsell bank products.
  • Achieve deposit, risk asset, and revenue targets.
  • Package and monitor credit requests while ensuring compliance with KYC.
  • Implement marketing strategies and report on activities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (postgraduate/professional certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in banking sales and credit (currently in a similar role as a full-time bank staff).
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and relationship management.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel with attention to detail.

KPIs:

  • Growth in customer base and revenue.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Timely and quality reporting.
