Job Position: Experienced Remote Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy, in order to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement.
- They will create and publish content, engage with followers, and monitor and analyze social media metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the company’s social media presence.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (e.g. IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- Create and post engaging and relevant content across all social media channels.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in social media management preferably in the beauty industry, with a track record of driving engagement and increasing brand awareness
- Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, and writing)
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward content creation and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Later and Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and can deliver work that is of a high standard
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
