Job Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for the following;
- Land sourcing.
- Liase with other Business executives around the country.
- Identify business opportunities for the company.
- Liase with government agencies and parastatals.
- Coming up with Business proposals and Presentations that include knowledge of current market conditions for the Company.
- Analytical research and pestle analysis.
- Monthly and quarterly reports.
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Not less than 5 years experience in Business development
- B.Sc. Business Development.
- Worked in the real estate sector for at least 3 years
- Excellent research skills.
- Human relations and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Critical thinker.
