Job Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and motivate a team to maintain high performance and morale
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with regulations
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labour costs effectively
- Drive sales and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Train and onboard new staff to uphold restaurant standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE / HND / OND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a restaurant manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates without restaurant management experience will not be considered
- Candidates must be based in Lagos.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
