Job Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time; Onsite (Weekends inclusive)
Job Summary
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guiding them through their gifting experience.
You will support sales, maintain a visually appealing retail space, and help ensure every customer leaves with a memorable impression of the brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations and gift styling support.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment methods confidently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and support inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and brand updates.
- Support in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with the team to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience with handling customer inquiries (online or in-person) is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and helping customers find the right products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
