- Job Position: Retail Sales Executive
- Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers,
- Generate lead and converse them to prospective customers
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Provide in-depth product knowledge
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Attend to retail store needs inappropriate manner
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Report anything unusual or any major incidents to management
- Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts
- Process newly received shipments
- Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in field marketing
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks.
- Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of marketing planning tools and strategies
