  • Job Position: Retail Sales Executive
  • Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers,
  • Generate lead and converse them to prospective customers
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Attend to retail store needs inappropriate manner
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Report anything unusual or any major incidents to management
  • Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts
  • Process newly received shipments
  • Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in field marketing
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of marketing planning tools and strategies
