Job Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (LOTTO)

We seek to bring Financial Liberty and Freedom by filling the payment void within the business sectors in areas with Limited internet or reliable electricity, ranging from Nano-Micro businesses to SMEs and personal finances.
Job Descriptions
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to optimise performance.
- Ensure each agent achieves a minimum daily sales target of N20,000, with a goal of N30,000 per agent.
- Supervise lottery sales operations, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
- Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure 100% adherence to remittance structures.
- Retrieve terminals from non-performing agents after three consecutive days of low sales.
- Conduct physical location inspections (minimum of 5 per week) to maintain brand consistency and compliance.
- Ensure all agents submit daily sales reports and remittances on time.
- Organise monthly customer engagement initiatives to improve customer retention.
- Implement local marketing activations to attract at least 100 new players per week. Role Responsibilities.
- Agent Activation Rate – 90% of recruited agents are actively selling within the first week.
- Daily Sales Per Agent – Minimum of N20,000, with a target of N30,000.
- Agent Retention Rate – 90% of agents remain active beyond 60 days.
- Total Sales Growth – 80% increase in total sales per supervised agent per month.
- Remittance Compliance – 100% adherence to daily remittance deadlines.
- Operational Compliance – Zero tolerance for underage betting, self-staking, or policy violations.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a first degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, gaming, or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, agent activation, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
