Job Position: Risk Policy and Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description
- Credit Policy formulation and strategy – Responsible for tracking success metrics and monitoring compliance to credit policy.
- Use analytical techniques to provide insight into key portfolios and segment trends.
- Improve the credit risk strategy to ensure the business operates within its agreed Risk Appetite and customers are treated fairly.
- Work with the data science team to review emerging trends and recommend areas for investigation, support with scorecard deployments and performance.
- Work with Products and other stakeholders to design strategy & loan process flows, ensure proper implementation and automation of credit actions and process changes.
- Provide support to business and process lines on risk identification, assessment, mitigation- identify procedures and scenarios for quality controls, spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Industry-specific knowledge on lending/credit with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Knowledge of Javascript and Python
- Previous experience in use of Provenir or other credit decision engine.
