Job Position: Sale Executive

Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Description

  • The right candidates will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  7. Generation of Sales leads.
  8. Meeting & exceeding sales goals
  9. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  10. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  11. Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  12. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  13. Understanding and promoting company programs.
  14. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  15. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  16. Visiting prospects and potential clients to evaluate needs
  17. promote brand products and services.
  18. Maintaining client records.
  19. Attend to client inquiry on brand , products, prices, etc
  20. Meet the brand monthly set target.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  2. Experience in sales with 4 – 5 years experience an added advantage.
  3. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  4. Commitment to excellent customer service.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Superb interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  8. Competency in use of microsoft applications including word,excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
  9. Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.
  10. Previous experience in sales role an added advantage.
