Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our network of businesses.
  • As a Sales Account Manager at CashMyStock, you will play a crucial role in bringing new businesses onto our platform.
  • You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating the value of our platform, and converting leads into active sellers.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand Client Needs: Learn about clients’ business goals and needs to create strategies that help them succeed.
  • Communicate with Clients: Keep clients updated on their account status, new products, and industry trends. Address any concerns quickly.
  • Sales and Upselling: Find opportunities to sell more products or services to current clients. Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work out contracts, prices, and terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Manage Projects: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products or services are delivered successfully and on time.
  • Collect Client Feedback: Listen to client feedback and share it with your team to improve our offerings.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to develop better strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Record and Report: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Prepare monthly performance reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship-building abilities.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
