Job Position: Sales Administrator

Job Location: Ikeja and Alakuko – Lagos

Job Description 

  1. We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
  2. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Process key/special customers sales orders
  2. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  3. Maintain and update daily sales and customer report
  4. Develop monthly sales reports & communicate important feedback from customers/sales representatives internally
  5. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  6. Stay up-to-date with market information & other relevant roles as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Social science-related course.
  2. Maximum of 3-5years of working experience in the same role
  3. Not more than 30 years.
