Job Description

  1. Our client is seeking to hire a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Sales Agent to join its dynamic team and contribute to its commitment to excellence.
  2. The ideal role holder will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations

Job Responsibilities

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Conducting market analysis to determine property value and provide clients with accurate and realistic pricing strategies.
  3. Actively seeking out and connecting with potential clients and opportunities through effective marketing.
  4. Staying informed about market trends, new listings, and industry best practices.
  5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Agent or Marketer in Real Estate or similar role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  5. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
