Job Position: Direct Sales Agent

Job Location: Mainland and Island Lagos – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  2. Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our rubber products.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by actively engaging with leads and following up on inquiries.
  4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, project managers, and industry professionals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
  9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any relevant course
  • 2 – 3 years work experience as direct sales in FMCG, retail, construction, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
