Human Development Innovation is a non-profit organization currently gathering data concerning Low-Cost Private Schools in developing countries worldwide. The information we receive will help inform the creation of a software to assist schools with financing and other pressing needs.
Job Position: Sales Agent
Job Location: Nationwide
Job Responsibilities
- The individual in this role is required to visit Low-Cost Private Schools to distribute questionnaires that will be provided. He/She is expected to be able to conduct (and record in writing) market research.
- He/She is expected to have face-to-face conversations with school owners, headteachers, and parents to get the most accurate information for data building.
- He/She is responsible for contacting (phone calls, emails, etc) and organizing online meetings with organizations and school owners where necessary, per the organizational policies.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or Business.
- Computer literate (adept use of Microsoft Office and Notion, in particular).
- Experience working in sales, digital sales, and/or marketing is preferable.
- Experience working in a multinational company (international exposure in general) is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly (base salary) + performance bonuses for meeting / exceeding school visitation targets.
