Human Development Innovation is a non-profit organization currently gathering data concerning Low-Cost Private Schools in developing countries worldwide. The information we receive will help inform the creation of a software to assist schools with financing and other pressing needs.

Job Position: Sales Agent

Job Location: Nationwide

Job Responsibilities

  1. The individual in this role is required to visit Low-Cost Private Schools to distribute questionnaires that will be provided. He/She is expected to be able to conduct (and record in writing) market research.
  2. He/She is expected to have face-to-face conversations with school owners, headteachers, and parents to get the most accurate information for data building.
  3. He/She is responsible for contacting (phone calls, emails, etc) and organizing online meetings with organizations and school owners where necessary, per the organizational policies.
  4. Applicants from anywhere in Nigeria may apply. You must be willing to work full-time to be considered for this role.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or Business.
  2. Computer literate (adept use of Microsoft Office and Notion, in particular).
  3. Experience working in sales, digital sales, and/or marketing is preferable.
  4. Experience working in a multinational company (international exposure in general) is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly (base salary) + performance bonuses for meeting / exceeding school visitation targets.
