Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Agent.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
  • As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling travel services and providing exceptional customer service to corporations and individuals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, manage leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Facilitate booking of flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • ⁠Address any client concerns or travel-related issues pre-, during, and post-trip, offering timely solutions.
  • ⁠Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the agency.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 1 – 2 experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of HND in business or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Access to high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
