Job Description

  1. Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join its team. This role is responsible for promoting delectable products, increasing sales, and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Activities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Set and achieve sales targets and goals as defined by the sales manager.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
    • Continuously identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  3. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth information to prospects.
    • Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products or services.
  4. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Generate regular sales reports and share them with the sales team and management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Activities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote our products or services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertisements.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and update our social media accounts to increase brand visibility.
    • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and drive engagement.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Create marketing content such as blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts.
    • Ensure that all content is on-brand and resonates with our target audience.
  4. Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Use market research to help identify new marketing opportunities and improve existing strategies.

Customer Support:

  1. Customer Assistance:
    • Provide exceptional customer support and assist customers with inquiries or issues.
    • Help resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
  2. Feedback Collection:
    • Actively collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant teams to drive product or service enhancements.

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, customer data, and other relevant information.
  2. Meeting and Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing meetings, events, and trade shows.

Collaboration:

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and marketing trends through training and self-education.

Job Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
  2. Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Enthusiastic and passionate about confectionery products.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
