Job Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
- The Sales and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Head of Projects and is responsible for creating, driving, and executing end-to-end marketing plans for specific products and industry initiatives in the telco product portfolio.
- The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is the primary external interface, responsible for representing the product line to analysts, trade press and industry prospects.
- This position is responsible for generating market demand for certain product lines within their service provider infrastructure portfolio.
- This includes developing strategies and specific marketing plans to expand design win opportunities with solution and service providers, and expand preference for our client’s products in the global service provider space.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and sustainable market positioning
- The key roles of the Sales and Marketing coordinator are to explore and bring the new profitable contracts and business opportunities.
- Develop, own and drive end-to-end product marketing strategies and global mark
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class product launches and initiatives.
- Consistently analyze the market and competitive landscape.
- Become the internal “expert” on the market and provide recommendations for both product and company direction.
- Drive awareness (both internally and externally) of market opportunities, including the challenges that customers face and how our client’s solutions can help solve these challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective lead generation and sales programs.
- Routinely evaluate and measure go-to-market program results and adapt plans based on learnings.
- Be the champion of the product to sales.
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing content to help sales drive opportunities to closure.
- This includes the creation of product “golden” presentations, white papers, technical briefs, video “data sheets”, success story collateral, sales enablement tools, competitive information and other unique collateral such as infographics as appropriate.
- Develop original content for, and successfully deliver, webinar presentations, conference speaking opportunities, analyst and press briefings and industry articles.
- The other parts of the duties are to set the meeting appointments with existing and new potential clients, to lead the meetings to negotiate and discuss terms of contracts and to find out the requirements from the clients.
- Keeping the record of the clients and taking the customer feedback is required as well.
- It is needed to produce comprehensive of business management activities to the management in timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with product or segment marketing management within a service provider infrastructure provider organization, or a provider of mobile services. OR
- A minimum 5 years of good experience as Sales and Marketing Manager (Experience in Telecom Operator is more preferable)
- BA or BS in Marketing or Engineering (technology concentration a plus). MBA a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced business environment - Outstanding oral, written, presentation and analytic skills.
- Strong project management and team building skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others in order to accomplish objectives.
- Proven success in taking multiple products to launch and beyond
- Strong desktop application skills (Microsoft Office). Experience using automation tools such as Salesforce.com a plus.
- Good understanding in Project Management, Telecommunication Industry.
