Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description
Sales Support:

  1. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  3. Identify potential prospects and opportunities for growth.
  4. Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries as needed.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support sales and marketing activities.
  6. Handling bulk order from the customer

Marketing Support:

  1. Support in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  2. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
  4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  1. Maintain the CRM database by updating customer records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
  2. Generate reports and dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics, such as pipeline activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  1. At least OND in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. Proven experience in sales support, marketing support, or administrative role.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
