Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Locations: Abia, Kano, Lagos, Anambra, and Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Working throughout an assigned territory to train and guide sales and marketing contract Staff.
  2. Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
  4. Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
  5. Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  6. Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
  7. Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
  8. Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
  9. Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  2. Proven experience working as a territory sales manager is an added advantage.
  3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills.
