Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and turning leads into loyal clients?

We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and amplify our brand across online and offline platforms.

You’ll generate qualified leads, pitch services with confidence, close deals, and manage post-sale follow-ups. From prospecting and client meetings to social media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospect, qualify, and convert leads via calls, DMs, emails, and field visits
  2. Book and attend client meetings; deliver compelling sales pitches and demos
  3. Carry out basic marketing campaigns on social media, WhatsApp, and email
  4. Build partnerships, attend events, and represent the brand professionally
  5. Maintain accurate sales/marketing records and report weekly performance
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales/marketing (services or B2B preferred)
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  3. Lead generation savvy across phone, social, and in-person channels
  4. Basic content/caption writing and campaign execution skills
  5. Organised, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
  6. Applicants must reside around Alimosho, Egbeda, Shasha, Cement, Akowonjo, and environs.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
