Job Description

With viable product services ready to be unleashed into th market, Ayara seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to work with its team of highly driven staff/contractors/Artisans along with Sales & Marketing team.

About the Role

  1. We are looking to hire Channel Sales and Marketing Managersimplement marketing initiatives of the company. This includes developing and executing strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  2. If you are interested in using systematic ways to test and can generate innovative ideas to grow sales, we would like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to make informed decisions.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies and set goals to achieve the company’s objectives.
  3. Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to ensure products meet customer needs and are effectively marketed.
  4. Advertising and Promotion: Oversee advertising campaigns, PR efforts, and promotional activities to reach the target audience.
  5. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  6. Team Leadership: Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance and coordinate marketing teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
  7. Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image is a crucial responsibility.
  9. Digital Marketing: In today’s digital age, oversee online marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential for long-term success.
  11. Market Expansion: Identifying opportunities for market expansion and growth .
  12. Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring marketing practices comply with legal and ethical standards is vital.
  13. Your role as Marketing manager is essential to ensure for driving the company’s success by effectively promoting products or services to the right audience.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field
  2. Marketing experience of 2 – 10 years
  3. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  4. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  6. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  7. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  9. Mus be resident of Lagos.

  5. 13th Month Salary based on real-time performance
  6. Ocassiona / Regular Lunch package within 1st 3 months on the job
  7. Periodical Promotions along with salary increments every 3 to 6 months.
