Job Description

  1. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.
  2. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in both sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to set clear objectives and goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Provide leadership and support to the sales team in client interactions.
  5. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Implement adjustments to strategies based on performance insights.
  7. Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
  8. Ensure successful closure of sales transactions.
  9. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  10. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  11. Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image and identity.
  12. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  13. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  14. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  15. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  16. Utilize market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7 years’ professional experience, including 3 years’ supervisory experience
