Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to achieve targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and generate reports.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to reach target audiences.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / Month.
