Job Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Locations: Akowonjo, Ikoyi, Festac and Lagos

Job Description

  • The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving the growth and brand recognition of the hospital by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain patients, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote the hospital’s services.
  • This role involves both strategic and operational activities, including marketing campaigns, community outreach, and sales initiatives aimed at increasing patient volume and enhancing the hospital’s market presence.

Job Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential patient segments and referral sources, such as doctors, clinics, corporate clients, insurance providers, and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and hospital admissions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote hospital services.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the hospital’s services, specialties, and new offerings.
  • Organize and manage marketing campaigns including online, social media, and offline channels (e.g., print, radio, events).
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the medical, finance, and administration departments to align marketing initiatives with hospital goals

Patient Experience and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with the hospital’s patient services team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Implement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall patient journey from initial contact to post-care follow-up.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on sales targets, marketing campaign performance, and patient growth metrics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the hospital’s management team, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital operations is an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
