Job Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Ojuelegba, Lagos

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customer lists and help purchase products. Duties include selling, Shelving and invoicing. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet customers
  2. Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
  3. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  4. Provide customers with information about products
  5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  6. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  7. Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  8. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  9. Ring up purchases.
  10. Follow all the company’s policies and procedures

Requirements

  1. OND, HND, BSc
  2. Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Good verbal and communication skills.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills.
  6. Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba environments is very important

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
