Job Description

  1. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales growth.
  2. Your interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability to build customer relationships will contribute to the store’s success and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
  2. Understand customer needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
  3. Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.

Sales Generation:

  1. Actively engage with customers to initiate and close sales transactions.
  2. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

Product Knowledge:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and specifications.
  2. Stay updated with new arrivals, trends, and product benefits.
  3. Communicate product details effectively to customers.

Customer Service:

  1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns courteously and professionally.
  2. Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  3. Ensure a positive shopping experience that builds customer loyalty.

Team Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
  2. Share customer feedback, trends, and insights with the team.
  3. Maintaining Store Aesthetics
  4. Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  5. Restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  2. Cross selling and Upselling
  3. Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role.
  4. Strong customer interaction and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  6. Great dress sense, level headed and comported
  7. Customer-focused mindset and ability to retain customer
  8. Familiarity with social media and relevant tools required for the job
  9. Sales-driven with a passion for meeting targets and achieving results.
  10. Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
  11. Polite, friendly and sociable.
