Job Position: Sales Associate

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Always deliver an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
  2. Achieve set asset (loan) growth.
  3. Sourcing of customers to access the Company’s products and services.
  4. Building and maintaining the relationship with clients.
  5. Identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings.
  6. Booking of loans and ensuring collection of repayments.
  7. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  8. Research and analyze sales options.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  10. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  11. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  12. Experience meeting sales targets, negotiation, and assertion skills when dealing with clients.
  13. Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations.
  14. Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.
  15. Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines
  2. Minimum of 3 years previous industry experience in a Finance company as a sales staff is highly recommended. People without prior industry experience need not apply.
  3. Good Microsoft office suite competence.
  4. Intellectual, analytic & creative ability to learn quickly and propose innovative solutions
  5. Strong communicators who work well within a team
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving & multi-tasking skills
