Job Description

  1. We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Associate to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
  2. You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.
  3. The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for sales of HEIRS range of retail products and services while bulding strong relationships with our customers.
  2. Meet expected Monthly Budgets and generate large numbers of customers on a monthly basis.
  3. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  4. Prepare and submit Activity / Sales reports to the Line Manager on the success of your sales endeavours.
  5. Collect information from customers on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  6. Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
  7. Fulfill all Company-established Policy Obligations

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum of 2 years Proven Experience in Sales.
  3. Good knowledge of insurance Plans (fire, Property, Automobile etc).
  4. Minimum of 2 years sales experience in any financial institution would be an added advantage.
  5. Good Communication / Interpersonal / Negotiation / Presentation / Relationship Managemet Skills.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
