Job Position: Sales Associate
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business leads through and identify potential clients requiring software or digital solutions.
  2. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for growth and deal closures.
  3. Manage and maintain client relationships, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  4. Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs,
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and drive deals to closure.
  6. Provide timely after-sales support to clients, addressing issues and coordinating with technical teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  7. Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and forecasts in CRM tools and prepare periodic reports on sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).’
  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or technology solutions.
  3. Strong background in solution selling and the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce)

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
