Job Position: Sales Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. A Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding company products. She is required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s product and services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
  2. Build and maintain relationship with existing clients
  3. Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
  4. Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  5. Operates cash register, handles cash payments and credit card processing
  6. Works diligently to meet up set sales and revenue targets.
  7. Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
  8. Preparing reports on client feedback, issues, and satisfaction levels to management to continually improve service quality and client experience.
  9. Promote company products to all customers
  10. Other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any related field with 2-4 years experience.
  2. Ability to take initiatives
  3. Friendly and strong commitment to customer service
  4. Experience in the sales is an advantage
  5. Verbal and written communication skills
  6. Interpersonal skills
