Job Position: Sales Associate (Luxury Furniture Brand)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. As a Luxury Furniture Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and exceeding the expectations of our high-end clientele.
  2. You will be responsible for developing new leads, cultivating relationships with designers and architects, and driving sales within your assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their design needs and preferences.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on furniture selection, space planning, and interior design principles.
  3. Conduct tours of our showroom, showcasing our product lines and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each piece.
  4. Develop and present customized proposals that align with client budgets and design goals.
  5. Negotiate sales and effectively close deals.
  6. Manage and maintain a strong network of contacts within the design community, including architects, interior designers, and influencers.
  7. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture trends and design styles.
  9. Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury furniture sales or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
  4. In-depth knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  6. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. A passion for luxury furniture and design.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
