Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor sales progress and generate regular performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies to maximize overall reach and impact.
Job Requirements;
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership abilities to support team collaboration and
- goal achievement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking skills to build long-term professional relationships.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
