Job Position: Sales Associate

Job Location: Idado, Lekki

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, respond to their inquiries, and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various marketing strategies, including social media, open houses, and referrals.
  • Property Showing: Accompany clients on property showings, taking notes and providing feedback to clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and changes in local regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing marketing materials and managing paperwork.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain knowledge of projects, promotions, and sales goals as well as process transactions accurately, including preparing and reviewing contracts and communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and provide support.

Job Requirements

  • Skill: Excellent communication, both oral and written, as well as interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite
  • Education: HND, OND & BSc
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule.
