Job Title: B2B Senior Sales Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual Sales quota.
  2. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
  4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  6. Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and propose solutions to meet their needs
  7. Create accurate and updated monthly reports Sales.
  8. Conduct Demos and presentations to potential clients on products and service
  9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  13. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective sales results.
  15. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
  16. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Over 3 – 4 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
  8. Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills
  10. Fast learner and passion for sales
  11. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  12. Knowledge of industry trends and competition.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
