  • Job Position: Sales Associate (Fresh Graduate)
  • Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Actively participating in all sales meetings along with the attendance of Tech shows as required
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction working with customers
  • Providing appropriate feedback from customers and ensuring resolution of issues (if any).
  • Maintaining and updating customer contact records
  • Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
  • Identifying clients’ budgets
  • Maintaining and growing existing client base
  • Maintaining, building, and servicing relationship on a regular basis
  • Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline with a recognized institution
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Basic Math skills.

Salary

  • N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
