Job Position: Sales Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Business Development Executives. You will go into local markets, malls, and business areas to recruit sellers onto the Buybea platform.

Responsibilities

  1. Visit shops, markets, malls, and vendors in your assigned area
  2. Convince sellers/businesses to sign up and list their products on Buybea
  3. Assist new sellers with the registration process
  4. Follow up and ensure sellers become active on the platform
  5. Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
  6. Submit regular activity and performance reports

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Passion for sales and marketing
  3. Ability to move around the local area daily
  4. Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
  5. Fluent in English (local languages a plus)
  6. Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or POS agent roles is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  1. Base Salary: N50,000 – N200,000per month
  2. Commissions: N50 Commission on any seller onboarded
  3. Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting targets
